Please join us in welcoming our new administrative assistant, Monica (Moe) Carpenter. It’s Moe’s first day today, and she has already hit the ground running learning about all of the things we need help with around the virtual office.

In addition to being one of the voices that you hear when you call us at (888) 332-5558, Moe will help answer emails to [email protected], prepare our weekly newsletter, post podcast episodes, transcripts, and members only group chat recordings, and much much more.

Moe also plans to study for her Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) certification, so she can eventually move into a counseling roll.

To accommodate Moe’s work schedule and give our production staff a little extra time to complete each podcast episode, we’ll be making some changes to the Penny Forward podcast schedule effective immediately:

• Early access podcast episodes and transcripts will be made available to members on Tuesday mornings rather than Sunday mornings.
• Podcast episodes and transcripts will be made available to everyone exactly one week later on the following Tuesday morning.
