We have a great chance for you to share your thoughts on making online banking easier for people with disabilities!
Our organization is working with CurbCutOS, a digital accessibility company, and the UX team at Ipsos, a market research company, to help them with a research project aimed improving online banking experiences for people with disabilities.
Here’s what’s happening:
- Ipsos is training a group of their UX researchers on how to conduct research with people with disabilities. As part of the training, they are doing a research project on online banking.
- They need your help! They are looking for people with disabilities to participate in one-hour interviews where you will be asked to evaluate a bank’s website.
- You will be paid $200 for your time, after completing the research study.
What you’ll do:
- You will have a one-on-one interview using Zoom.
- You will be asked to do some tasks on a bank’s website.
- You will share your computer screen with the researcher while you do the tasks so they can see how you interact with the website.
- Don’t worry! You won’t be using your own bank account or sharing any personal information.
How to participate:
- If you’re interested, please click the link below.
- You’ll fill out a form with your contact details, and answer some questions related to the study.
