The below research participant solicitation is being provided for informational purposes only. The National Federation of the Blind has no involvement in this research, but we believe that it may contribute to our research mission.

Research Title: 500 CSAT Surveys

Being conducted by: Amazon/Defined.AI

Purpose of the Study

User experience using streaming apps

Role of the Participants and Anticipated Length of the Study

1 hour per survey, answering questions about the quality of audio descriptions.

Each participant will answer 4 questions about their age gap, personal visual experience when consuming tv shows and movies, hours spent streaming entertainment, and tools used.
After, each participant will listen to 10 audio clips and answer 4 questions per audio.

Proposed Participant Compensation

Yes, $40.00 for forty minute survey
