Recently I received an email asking whether there were any banks that provide their statements in Braille. This is an important question, especially for those who are less comfortable with technology. I’ve done some research, and it turns out that several banks are committed to providing accessible services, including Braille statements. However, the legal requirements around this issue remain somewhat ambiguous, making it essential for customers to advocate for their needs.

Here are some major banks that explicitly offer Braille statements and prioritize accessibility:

If your current bank doesn’t offer Braille statements, consider reaching out to them, expressing your needs, and letting them know that other banks provide this service. Your voice can contribute to making financial services more accessible for everyone.
